Quantum Hospitality Group, Inc. is a Maine based company that has been in the hospitality business since 1995.  We are focused on providing business consulting services, management, and education to the greater hospitality industry.   We have worked extensively with Inns and Innkeepers all across the United States to help them optimize their businesses.  Recently we have also expanded our business to include issues arising from the FDA Food Code and we were elected committee chair in the revision of the 2007 Maine Food Code.  We have worked with hundreds of properties within the hospitality industry assisting them with all phases of operations, finances, marketing and staffing.  In April, 2007, we finalized our purchase of Oates & Bredfeldt, LLC after a five year transition.  Oates & Bredfeldt, LLC will continue to be focused on the sale of Inns, while Quantum Hospitality Group will be focused on a full array of consulting and management services for the hospitality industry.  While we are a small company, this allows us the ability to focus and customize our services to match the needs of our clients.

Rebecca & Howard Levitan

Managing Directors:

Howard Levitan - Howard brings a thorough knowledge of the nuts and bolts of Innkeeping to the company through almost ten years as the owner and hands-on Innkeeper of a full service Inn on the Coast of Maine.  Prior to Innkeeping, Howard practiced Real Estate Law for twenty-five years.  A majority of his time was as a partner at a major law firm in Boston, handling real estate transactions.  Howard formed Quantum Hospitality Group, Inc. with his wife, Rebecca in 1995.  Seeing the need to provide a wide range of consulting services, in January of 2003 he started a 5-year transition into the consulting world through the purchase of Oates & Bredfeldt, an Inn Consulting business, which specialized in Inn transfers.  With the transition of the business complete, Howard’s true passions now lie within the fine tuning of Inn operations, Inn Valuations, and Feasibility Studies.   He travels extensively and provides great insight to the Hospitality Industry on a national level.  It is his goal to assist Innkeepers in all phases of their careers to improve and optimize their Inn business.   Contact Howard at howard@quantumhospitality.com.

Rebecca Levitan – Rebecca worked side-by-side with her husband Howard during their tenure as Innkeepers on the Coast of Maine for almost ten years.  Prior to Innkeeping, she was a marketing and sales representative for a major Fortune 500 company in the Boston area.  She continues her working relationship with Howard and is now in charge of all marketing-related functions at Quantum Hospitality Group, Inc.  She travels extensively with Howard and is completely integrated into all consulting done on a national basis for the hospitality industry.  She enjoys sharing her first-hand knowledge of Inn operations with future and current Innkeepers.  The details of Innkeeping have always been of importance to her, everything from management of staff to making the Inn reflect the personality of its owners.  She is a list person and many Innkeepers have noted that they need a list to manage her lists.  Contact Rebecca at rebecca@quantumhospitality.com.
