Innkeeper Training Program and Job Placement

Oates and Bredfeldt, LLC in the coming months will again be offering seminar graduates, and a few other comparably qualified prospective Innkeepers, the opportunity to participate in structured apprenticeship programs and work-experience placements.

The apprenticeship programs will range from 30 to 90 days and will be paid services, while the work placements can last up to a year and will involve compensation for the apprentice. The programs are designed as both specific and general learning experiences and are facilitated and supervised by the management team at Oates & Bredfeldt.
